I have a Jane Garrett born to George Garrett and Alyce Mylchreest in 1801. I have no birth place, or marriage record for her although her father George was born in Kirk Michael in 1774. If this is her it would make her a little old (47) to be having your Thomas, but who knows, we had kids at age 44. I wish I could get more details about this Jane Garrett myself. Good luck!
