I've come across a record of the baptism of Ann Catherine illegitimate daughter of Thomas Gelling (painter) and Margaret Kelly on 5 Nov 1834 in St Matthews, Braddan.

I can't save the image of the baptism record to put om this post, it is on Family Search 'Isle of Man Parish Registers 1598-2009, Braddan St Matthews'.

The 'abode' address is given as Douglas.

I'm trying to locate the Gelling line which Thomas belongs to.

Does anyone have any ideas please.
