99% of the streets pre 1890 in central Douglas have gone - the 1868 plan of central Douglas is on my manxnotebook CD Rom and you can see the warren on narrow streets - email me if you want to acquire a copy - I can supply via an Australian friend.
(there also also plans of Castletown + Peel (both little changed) and Ramsey (mostly lost in 1960s)
