John Waterson + wife Jane als Quayle sell a 9d rent part of Corvally qtrland in 1757 - this land I think was part of that settled by John Waterson + wife Margory who settled half their estate of Corvally on their son John in 1741 (John junr needed to give parents £10 to settle their debts) - I think but can't immediately prove it as the relevant page in 1740 lib assed wch covers 1740-1750 is lost in the original - there may be another generation in the link between settlement + sale though as I've not checked this
