Many of these films are available through FamilySearch so you don't need to wait to order one.

You need to note the details from the index:
LINCHEY, John 1816 Mar E 1 0106418

Then click on "Catalog" at the top of the page on FS, and put in the film number 106418.

That will take you to:
www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSND-R9T8-G?i=3&cat=234410.

Then you need to wade through the parishes given at the top of the first page of each will/decree until you find Marown, and hopefully you will find his entry. The parishes are sometimes split into two or more areas.
