In the Index to Wills and Decrees 1576-1960 there is a record relating to John LINCHEY in 1816.He apparently died intestate.
I have not found a death registered to John in this or similar spellings.
For him to have been recorded as having died intestate I would have thought there would be some record of his death??
I hope to soon have access to the relevant LDS Film, but in the meantime could someone clarify the intestacy versus the apparent absence of a death record please?
