Hello from California, Ok, This is getting really confusing for me. In my tree that I have tried to put together I have a James William Watterson B:1820 Isle of Mann. He married Sarah Jane Thenary in 1845 Tyler, Virginia. I think I have found them in a new york census 1855, the age is correct for James.They had a son also James Watterson born 1847 in North Carolina.

I have done a DNA test on myself and on my mother. Thru that we are connected to a cousins family tree that shows a William Watterson, Isle of man B:1670DNov 1703 Isle of Man. His son William Watterson B: 1700 isle of man, his wife Jane I have one date 1716 Isle of Man.They have a son Henry B: 1744 Rockbridge, VAD:1791Montgomery,VA. This all from the person connected thru DNA and they don't have any documents to support those findings so that is all the information I can find. I have search the Ancestry.com website for more information but I can't find any. No death information, nothing. Any help is appreciated. Sorry I don't have more to share. Thank you, ELizabeth
