Not sure if your Thomas is the son of TR & MS , there are a few postings. Their Thomas who married Catherine Stephens appears to go to NY July 13, 1827 from Liverpool. This is on this site 2004 with input from Lois Ralph and Sue Pederson. He was buried in Warrensville, NY. Sue also has a note about him on Amanxnotebook.
Andreas Old Yard, Sacred to the memory of Catherine Radcliffe, alias Stephens, wife of Thomas Radcliffe who departed this life Jan 1, 1821 aged 46. Also Margaret Radcliffe, alias Skinner , his mother who departed this life Feb 7, 1774 aged 29.
His mother Margaret has a transcribed will dated 1774 , but nothing there to help.
Did Allan or Ralph marry Alice Carroll ? Could not find Ralph on 1900 US Census , but found Allan with wife Alice in Michigan and son John 1 born Canada and un-named daughter 0 born Michigan. Allan shows YOI 1891.
