As Frances said there's two families been confused here. Your family is from John Coffey/Coffee and Mary Tailor/Taylor not John Coffey/Coffee and Mary Corlett. The 1901 and 1911 Irish census records point to a birth in the 1840s for Mary Ann and the Patrick baptism is the only match. The family may have left the island as Frances said.
