On Ancestry..com there are many, over 50,l member submitted trees re Edward Meurant. They indicate he was b 1793 in Dublin and died 28 Aug 1837 Dublin
He was md Anne Richardson 1791-1872 and had 4 children. Ferdinand Charles DeMeurant was b 8 Nov 2765 Champagne-Adenne and died 4 Nov 2844 in New South Wales Australia. Sophie was b 1775, no other info. Sophia is listed mother in majority but there are a few entries with other candidates.
