Looks as tho White boys croft was separated from the Teare(smeal) holding in 1738 or 1739
in 1728 Lib Assed Don Tear(smeal) is shown holding the same as John Tear in 1706 his name is underlined as is just the White Boys croft part (ie a change is due with annexed 1738 and 1739) by the 1740 Lib assed John Teare(Smeal) holds Fern rent (apparently a large multiowner intack) and Lough Cunnor and Phill Teare holds just WhiteBoys croft

Dan teare(Smeale) will is on MNB (a JMO transcription) - names John as son + heir + 3daus - a Wm + Phill Teare are overseers

and NSS May 1737 29 but dated 2 Feb 1726 (tho Ann Tear only acks 11 Nov 1736) is indeed a sale from Dan + wife Ann to bro Philip for 20s of a certain intack adj to a part of my tenement called the WhiteBoys croft rent 4d

Is Phill a younger brother given a croft to live on - both holdings continue under #101
