Hi. I am starting to do my family history. From what I have been told, my Costain family was from the Isle of Man. My Grandfather, Glenn Costain was born in 1908 in Ontario Canada. His father was John Frederick Costain. His Great Grandparents were Thomas D Costain and Harriet Alice Read. Thomas' parents were John Costain (maybe spelled Costin) and his wife, Mary.
