Philip Lowey was Born abt 1706. His Father was Henry Lowey, Born abt. 1675, Died 16 Nov. 1736 in Rushen. Henry's wife was Catherine, Bur. 3 Dec. 1752 in Rushen. I can't find her maiden name.

Henry Lowey's father seems to be John Lowey, Born abt. 1649, died 28 Nov. 1708 in Rushen. John's wife I am having trouble in finding. Liber Vast also helped in some of this.
