On the IGI there are three LDS member submissions for Charles Cain/Cane , one shows his birth as Malew, Isle of Man, Germany...........and gives different fathers..........so you cannot rely on these postings. It shows he had 11 children from August 4 , 1791 in Canada.. It shows he died April 2, 1844 at Pollet River.

Do you know for sure he was born IOM ?

The IGI has (between 1750 and 1760) only one birth , Christened August 22 , 1756 Malew , to John Cain/Caine and Jony Shimin/Shimmin , and this is from Parish Registers and can be viewed on line now for free.

John and Jony were married Jan 31, 1756 Malew and also Parish Registers , also on line.

Jony Shimin Cain has a will dated Oct 28, 1765 , which can be viewed at a LDS centre.

John may have a will , but there are so many John Cain's , it would be difficult to trace him.

Jane Cain nee Cool/Coole was left property by her father in his will of 1861, Jane is described as the wife of Charles Cain ,, Yeoman, City of London, Middlesex, Canada. Cant be your Charles and Jane , but is it his son Charles, born 1797 ?
