Thanks for replying so quickly and for confirming that I am on the right track (the Wills Summaries on Manx Notebook have been invaluable in this regard). Frances, would you be able to advise me on the parentage of this Edmond Christian, was he the son of Deemster Edward Christian? Nor can I find a marriage for this Edmond. Any ideas here?
