If in the parish register the dates for Jan/Feb/March (part) are entered under 1751 they will have been transcribed as that in the IGI (etc.).
We add the double date because we know the change of dates took place! (From 1 Jan 1752 - but Scotland changed in 1600, as did some non-conformist regs.)
So this answer is trickier than it looks, because there will some records dated 1 March 1751/52, and others dated 1 March 1752, but I think you are right with your assumption 1751/52.
