The Website "Lawsons BMD Microsite" shows that the IOM name Kee is interchangeable with the names Key, Kaye, Quay, Quaye, Kay and Keay..
The spelling Kee is the rarest of them all.
A check of Manx White Pages shows only two listed , one in Laxey and one in Ramsey.
Assume that your Daniel is the one christened Daniel Corlett Kee in 1830. Father also Daniel.
If it is , are you aware that his grandparents John & Ann Kee's wills are listed on Lawsons , Leodest is spelt Loudas.in the will.
