The 1685 will of Patrick Vandy that you sent lists William, Bahey, and Jony Vandy as his siblings, and Ann and Margaret Vandy as his children. His daughter Ann married Thomas Fargher, and she is the Ann Fargher als Vondy that we see in the 1734 Will of of Jony Kneal als Clucas which says “[bur Lon 17341004] d 3 oct; son danl, patrick, wm ;cousin anne fargher als vondy;sis mary….”
The 1714 will for Bahee Clucas als Vondy “dated 14 Aug 1706; Bahy Clugas als Vondy having made choice of son + heir Jon Clugas to look after me do settle on him all houses etc he paying my debts and maintaining me;witt Tho Xtian, Michl Bittal x; an Isable Clugas [?w/o Jon also signs];3 Feb 1707: Jon reaches settlement with bro-i-law Gilbt Cowin(Lonan) + wife Mary who accept £5 14s in full satisfaction of goods promised in their m/c [? Old Lon deed #41 which is missing from Museum ! ][?Bahey Vondy m Wm Clugas Jur 16630128] [?bur Jur 17110916 but this is als Kneal].”
So, the abovementioned Bahey Vandy, sister of Patrick Vandy, married William Clugas (Clucas) in Jurby on 28 Jan 1663.
If you go to familysearch, you will find a marriage record in Jurby for Bahey Vonday to William Clugas on 28 Jan 1663. Records for their children seem to include: Ric Clugas (bpt. 1672), Joney Clugas (bpt. 1674), Joney Clugas (bpt. 1675), Henry Clugas (bpt. 1678), William (bpt. 1681) and Mally Clugas (bpt. 1683).
The 1701 will for William Clucas, husband of Bahey Vondy, says “d 10 Dec 1701; wife bahy als vandy; ch Henry(gears etc), Wm(in Ireland 20s if he comes), Richard, Mary; Henery + Mary jt execs; inv £4 12s
The will for their son Henry Clucas in Jurby in 1705 says “d 16 Dec 1705; sibs John(his pt of crop + gears after mo's decease - ch John, cath), Mally; mo Bahy Vondy exex.”
So, I think these wills taken together suggest that Jony Kneal als Clucas, wife of William Kneal, and both later of Lonan, is the daughter of Jurby’s Bahey Vonday and William Clugas (m. 28 Jan 1663) and recorded in the Joney Clugas (bpt. 1675) baptism.
