A Question for the Corkill experts: I was doing a little research today on John Corkill and Margaret Kermode. This Margaret Kermode was born 1820 and died April 1865. John then emigrated to the US with his living children.

I had a marriage date for them of 5 April 1846 in Maughold.

There is another marriage record for a John Corkill and Margaret Kermode on 11 Aug 1850 in Maughold. A quick search of the 1851 census does not show another John/Margaret Corkill pair.

Maybe someone knows this second couple or I am overlooking something obvious?
