I can't see anything else in the archives under "Robert Kelly" and Cubbon, although there are numerous message about Kelly.

If you want to look at these try putting into a Google search Manx genealogy Robert Kelly 1819, or Manx genealogy Robert Kelly with the place of birth he gave on censuses .
