Thank you for this information! I think it's on the right track, as Thomas Corkill's first son was named Samuel, and his second daughter was named Isabella! (for the record, their other children were named Margret, Elizabeth, John, Joseph, and Edward...with Elizabeth and John being names on the mother's side).
I also found an Andreas baptismal record for a Thomas Corkill on the iMuseum; it lists the date of baptism as being Dec. 28, 1810 (2 years before my information saying date of birth was Dec. 27, 1812). The record says this Thomas' parents are Samuel Corkill and Isabella *Teare*. So...now I'm confused...not sure if there could have been 2 different Samuel and Isabella Corkills in Andreas at the same time, or if Isabella could have been the widow of a Camaish, or if it's just an error in transcription. I haven't found any other information on an "Isabella Teare" yet, but will keep looking.
