I'm looking for any information about the geographical location of St. Andrew's Parish c. 1812.

I'm trying to trace the Manx family of Thomas Corkill, born Dec. 27, 1812 in St. Andrew's Parish. He later joined the 14th Regiment of Foot, and after service in the West Indies and Canada, remained in Ontario following his discharge.

Some of my family notes list St. Andrew's Parish as being near Ramsey, other family notes say it is near Peel...and I am having difficulty finding a definitive location using the internet.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
