sorry I'm somewhat confused
the 1st entry I can see is for a baptism Ger 17280211 (ie 11 Feb 1728/9) of son John to a John Addi - no mother's name is entered in parish reg - there are some 2 other children, the mother is I suspect Mary Curgher d/o Matthias Curghey + Elizth als Harrison - Curghey gives a garden (aquired by I think a relative of wife) in Peel to son-in-law + wife Mary by deed dated 18 Jun 1739, Mary dies 1740 (see will summary on Manxnotebook) and John remarries to widow Christian Clark als Quirk by whom he has further children - John dies 1747 leaving the gifted garden to son John (other children by 2nd wife named) - son John + wife Mary Quay sell garden in 1759.

A birth in 1719 doesn't fit - where did you get the names of John senr parents from ?
