in 1861 census Edwd born Scotland was a boatman coastguard + wife Ellen born Ireland were living on Shore Road in Peel - judging from position in enumerator's list (no street numbers given) they were towards the end of the road somewhere near the corner with Queen street possibly the house now Harbour lights restaurant or next door (demolished but the world famous Peel ice cream parlour is on the site) - I can see both from my window!
