I,ve had a quick look & it would appear that Wm Fred C was born in Guersey
According to the 1911 census he & AJC lived at 160 Gladstone Ave, Wood Green mar 47yrs, 9 kids, 6 alive. He was a journalist.
She was born Collumpton, Devon

If you follow the family back on ancestry all the kids were born in Lambeth, & on all census the family is in Lambeth or Wood Green

1911 has Wm J & family in Wandsworth, & Geo Albert, an elementary school teacher, & family in Wood Green

There is a probate for Ann J Aug 1913 & Wm F 1916
