I think I have found Kathleen's death:
On the IOM BDM as :

Kathleen Mary Rofe , 1975 , aged 76.

Can find no evidence of her birth on the Isle of Man . The names Kathleen Mary screams being born in Ireland.
However on the IOM there is evidence of a family called Rotte/Roathe/Rothe.
The father was Friederick Herman which indicates being german. Found children born 1893 Agnes , 1896 Arthur and 1898 Thomas. This family then seems to disappear from the IOM.
