dated 13 Aug 1730;Margrett Corkill als Ellison(Maughold) + her son Ewan Corkill obo Thomas Corkill;Mary Corkill(Maughold) obo herself;to marry before 15 Aug;Ewan settles half estate known as Cornah veg (Maughold) rent 9s 2d on his brother Thomas;Witt Wm Corkill x, Hugh Black;
any idea who parties are - presume that Ewan + thomas are half brothers otherwise why didn't Margt refer to him as son but then wouldn't he have preference over Ewan in inheritance of land
