It mentions his parents Thomas and Mary Patty which I think is the family listed in the Isle of Man 1841 census as Peate. The rest of the 8 children could be listed as Patty.

Mary (Watson) died of small pox 1849 and Thomas remarried to Ann Kneen 1854.He then died 1875 and Ann 1899 all buried in Patrick.

The headstones may help you with detail or the will of Thomas may add something.
