The only Donold Caine I know of was from Michael.
His mother was Elizabeth Kennaugh Caine--no idea which Caine was the father.
There were 3 children per Eliz"s will 1641 Michael
1641 A 20 w caine Elizabeth KENAIGH [note in index names rev]d 2 jan 1640;gch wm,richd caine;names marie ca[] als caine;sons dollin + donnold Ca[];

I have no idea who these are. Perhaps you who study land records can figure them out.
