Would it be possible please for someone to look up this man's birth for me in IOM? He was the s/o Jane COSTAIN and William Owen Jones (from Wales). I believe William had emigrated to Canada and Jane would follow later with their daughter Margaret and this son. I think she would have been staying with her mother Ann as her father had died in Maughold.
