I was wondering could someone look up a burial at Malew for Alexander (Douglas) Miller, aged 18, died 18 September 1909, burial date 20 September 1909. This boy was my grandfathers son from his first marriage. I guess his middle name was Douglas because he was born there 1 st October 1890. My grandfathers first wife Jane (Dunderdale) Miller was the boys mother and may also be buried in the same grave. Jane died in Noble's Hospital , aged 30 on the 30 October 1891. If possible can someone check to establish if any other Miller's are buried in the grave. My grandfather was a bricklayer and traveled between Belfast, Douglas and Liverpool seeking work. He resided on the island for a number of years and married my grandmother Anna Gilmore there in 1893. Anna was born in Malew / Santan as were her parents and ancestors dating back to the 1700's. Please note my family spell Millar with an "a" not an "e" I don't know when this changed but there's a number of documents in my possession using both spellings.
