Just back from two fruitless days at National Archives. My gx3gf George Green's discharge papers are missing and the staff could not suggest a "back way" to get his pension records, I need some information. I would like to find a successor Regiment to the 23rd. Light Dragoons so that I might be able to try their records, Problem the website Regiments.org appears to be defunct. Does anyone know another way to trace a successor Regiment?
