Hi Bryn. Thanks for your response. I've been told Clematis Cottage is across the road from the churchyard. Do you know when your home was built? Houses there were built to last..we don't have many homes in western Canada that are 100 years old and still inhabited. I will be visiting the Isle of Man in May and am looking forward to finding ancestral homes, churches and grave sites. I was excited to read your post. Diane
