dated 27 Jun 1743;recites Wm Conolly, junr,(Jurby) have by deed of mortgage (equal date to this deed) passed over to Patt Christian a parcel of my estate called Shenvalle + with consent fa Wm provided I settle on my eldest son + heir my estate, thus I settle on eldest son Simon my estate of Ballaconoly - if no issue then to dau Mary and so on being children of my wife Mary Conolly als Clark;Witt Thos Cain x, Thos Gawn x; [Simon Connallagh bur Jur 11 Mar 1747/8]
There is a marr contract of Wm senr to Mary Clark (gives his + her parents)
Thus the Callisters married into the property.
