I have just found a confirmation of Thomas Cubbon's parents. There is a pedigree resource file on FamilySearch and it lists his parents as John Cubbon and Ann Quirk. Lists him as decide by 1881 British Census. - Submitted by J Oates, P.O. Box 50811 Henderson, Nevada 89074. Oates is a good old Manx name, is it not??!! What do you think? Una
