THANK YOU so much for clarifying this Robert Cain(e). We're having quite a time trying to separate out all the Roberts in this period.
These are all fine names--Robert, Mary, John, Jane--but one wishes one's ancestors had been more creative in naming their offspring.
As an avid Cain(e) searcher I'm always happy to get some clarity.
