suggest hold off until post Xmas - hope to have the index NSS/SSS (ie to Oct 1847) fully transcribed by then + at least all old deeds + marr contracts summarised tho as I work thro index finding a few post 1800 m/cs I missed on first scan - these will be added once back to museum.
Have had a look at mortgages but basically only for the 4 western parishes Patk thru Ballaugh - only a few photo'd tho so I can get a feel for them.
Hope also to fit in many more early 17th wills - especially for the same 4 parishes as these should also tie in with the Lib Vas (eg that for Michael 1623-1750 is on CD + others are in process).
However the reason for doing this is to look at social development.
