FreeBMD only shows one George Rupert Jenkinson, a birth record March 1881 Huddersfield 9a 280. That could be him.
The GRO stopped showing anything more than an initial for middle names in about 1911, so it makes searching for a specific person harder.
I suspect your folks married somewhere other than England.
