I can't recall any nearby house with that name (there are only 5 in Battery Rd) + a quick look at telephone directory which has list of houses doesnt show one on any nearby road - I don't have access to 1911c - what are the adjacent houses - the old baths were also called Traie Fogog (see www.manxnotebook.com/gazateer/baths.htm)- yes Peel is a good spot - my flat is 200ft above Peel bay on headlands which with a direct line of sight southwest makes it interesting during a gale! however the company we own to manage the building has this name so I wonder if a previous name for this or an adjacent house (built c.1900 tho 2 others at end of road are older) - can't lay my hands on deeds at present tho to check out previous owners
