but you muddled up 2 entries:

CASEMENT A. (f) 54 Onchan 2525 74 84
CASEMENT Agnes 33 Lonan 2524 430 68

Once you use the correct index number in the 1851 IOM box (filling in nothing at all except 2525 in "piece" and 74 in "folio"), you get an alphabetical list of 39 names. You'd expect Casement to be near the top of the list, but as it happens, Ancestry have mistranscribed the name as Seasement. Clicking on "view record" gives:
