Many thanks. I couldn't find any Casements in Douglas (via Ancestory) although there were 7 in 1841 and 8 in 1861.
Brian Lawson's index shows 1 in 1851.
On closer inspection 1841 seems to be all servants and 1 mariner. Because of mobility,this is probably why 1851 is a bit light!!
