Any information on when she actually went to Liverpool? (only when she married?)

You see...there is a mystery in my family...on my great-grandmother's wedding certificate there is Florence's address in Liverpool and I can't figure out why she has living there at the time.
On the 1911 Census my great-grandmother doesn't appear as a lodger at all.

I've come to a brick wall and as there is a strong IoM connection in my family (my grandfather was presumably from there, although his birth is recorded in Liverpool...puzzling) I was
trying to pursue this Florence to shed further light...any suggestions?
