Hi,

Frederick William Creer's father was a John Creer - according to his christening record of 22nd August 1858 at St Mathews Douglas. Unfortunately I cannot identify which John Creer (of a number) he was. However I am certain that John Creer was his natural father as I have the Y-DNA test result of one of Frederick William's descendants which confirms he was a genetic Creer.
