there was no registration ofbirths on Island until late 1870's - before this you only have baptismal records - in 1911 the IoM gov copied all such registers - these were filmed by the mormons - copies of such films can be borrowed at any LDS Fam Hist Centre - recently the original registers have been digitised and new transcriptions made some of which are available on the updated www.familysearch.org site - I have no record of such a baptism
