Val, it is better to transcribe the entries to put on the message board, where you might find a relative, or someone willing to help (like Frances), rather than sending them directly to me. Edward is not "mine" - he was just the only one I could find in the 1851 census.
I see what you mean by the "Jofon Marksman" which is in one of Ancestry's appalling transcripts. You need to transcribe from the ORIGINAL scan. Under "where born" it has I of M, Manksman.
For the 1841 census Ancestry has:
Where born: Jofon Marksman
[Isle of Man, Manksman] - which someone has corrected.
Civil parish: St Mary Newington
Hundred: Brixton (Eastern Division)
County/Island: Surrey
Country: England
Registration district: St Mary Newington
Sub-registration district: St Peters
Piece: 1064
Book: 9
Folio: 50
Page Number: 39
Household Members: Name Age
John Casement 37 Hatter
Mary Casement 40
Emily M Casement 8
Ann Casement 6
Jane Casement 4
William Casement 2
The other scan you sent me was a tree from Ancestry.com.au.
Is this your contribution to them, or someone else's?
This has John in the 1851 census at Battersea Surrey, at 12 Park Place, Lambeth, aged 47, but I am still unable to find him - perhaps someone else will?
No details of his family are given on the tree.
It says he arrived in Sydney as an assisted passenger on the vessel Rattler in 1853.
NSW State records have:

You can buy a copy of the entry for $15, which may have more details:
ht tp://srwww.records.nsw.gov.au/indexes/searchhits.aspx?table=Assisted Immigrants&id=9&frm=1&query=Surname:casement;[Year between]:1839;and:1896
[close the space in ht tp].
It also says he was a hatter in Glebe, and that he died in 1876 aged 72.
The first thing you need to do is to buy his death cert if you haven't already done so, to confirm his parents and see other details given there, before trying to go further with IOM records.
This comes from NSW Registry of Births, Deaths, Marriages:
Registration Number Last Name Given Name(s) Father's Given Name(s) Mother's Given Name(s) District
2857/1876 CASEMENT JOHN WILLIAM JANE GLEBE

You can pay for the cert online.
When you have it please post the details here on the message board.
I see I made a typo in my last message where I wrote "These were the children of William Casement and Ann Stole [or Stowell] bapt in Maughold" - should of course have been Jane.
