Nice to see you back on the message board. In case anyone was wondering, Thomas Quayle was bapt in Malew, (on 12 July 1805 as you wrote) son of Basil QUAYLE & Elinor TOBIN. What luck to have a name Basil rather than all the John, William and Thomases.

The IGI has several Church members' entries for their marriage in Braddan in 1794.

I assume this was his burial (from BL's list): QUAYLE, Basil Malew 22 Jul 1816.
And his will: QUAYLE, Basyl 1816 Malew E 1 0106418
