Re: Margt Skillicorn als Clark died 1773

I have been "embroiled" in Skillicorns recently, especially with Lawson connections; does this offer a solution?: Lonan 1703 A3 LOONEY Bahee als Lawson: dated 27 Dec 1703; daurs Mary Looney als Clarke, MARGARET CLARKE [youngest]; Ellinor Looney - husband's youngest daughter. "My son" Wm Looney (being a poor orphan); son-i-law Dan Looney; stepdau Jane Looney; eldest daughter Bahye Clarke; husband Danl exor; father Richd Lawson. I have not yet pursued this fully but here is a working hypothesis - Bahee Lawson b.1657 d/o Richard Lawson [1630-1705] married Thomas Clarke 1677-05-19 Andreas. They had children Bahee 1679, Thomas 1681 [Andreas Baptisms]; assume they had daus Mary and MARGARET who married THOS SKILLICORN 1718 Lonan. Thomas Clark must have died before 1700; Bahee Lawson married Danl Looney snr 1700-01-07 at Lezayre and on the same day her daughter Mary Clarke married Danl Looney jnr. Bahee and Danl snr had son William (the poor orphan) 1700-3. Bahee was named in 1703 in the Will of her mother Bahee Lawson als Kewn [owed 12/3d]. Brian Lawson has no mention of a second husband for Bahee, but he gives her date of death / burial as April 1704 which is consistent with the date of preparation of the above Will. The Will of Danl Looney 1720 Lonan names dau Elinor [1st wife] & son William [2nd wife] - Danl had married for a third time 1717-10-22 Lezayre to Grace Stevenson als Casement who had married Wm Stevenson 1704-11-21 Lezayre. Thus Margaret Skillicorn als Clarke had a half-brother William Looney b.~1701/2
Hope this makes sense - it sure helps me by writing it down!
