Thank you for pointing this out to me, I thought I must have made a mistake !
as I think I have seen it as Ballaskeg Beg somewhere.

I have just checked my source for the 1841 Census - I got my information from the IOMFHS website by Tom Corteen, and it is correct.
the 1841 and 1861 Census are available to IOMFHS members.
