I've been checking censuses & I think the people you gave me Charlotte & Caesar were the parents of the Anna Brew who md William Edwin Moore. Patrick & Foxdale area fits in. So confusing with names as the Jurby Ceasar Brew had sisters Rebecca & Charlotte. Probably all related as Ceasar seems to be a Brew name. Still no further with what happened to WIlliam & Anna Moore after 1901. Thanks for the help.
