Did the Queensland marriage cert give his age, occupation, his parents' names, his father's occupation, and his place of birth? Please give all these details as written in the cert.
Also, when did he arrive in Australia? (Again for British censuses.) Marriage certs are usually more accurate than death certs because they were filled in by the person himself.
